A commnnicatioh was received from the No. 1, High-ways Board, asking for full particulars with regard to the mtfin road within the town district, and for information as to the material to be used in its formation. The information is to be supplied. The room used as a temporary school was again criticised, but a motion that the Education Board be written to was not seconded. It was felt the beard should wait .until the department made a move in the matter.
