DISPUTE OVER A LOAN.
JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF.
An action for the recovery of £45, brought by , George Henley (Mr. Sullivan), against ■'.■■William Green (Mri Schramm), was heard in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M. Plaintiff submitted that he bad advanced £45 to defendant and had not been repaid. Defendant admitted receipt-of the loan, but contended that he had repaid plaintiff. No receipt was produced. .- ■ '■■. ■-.-■■.■ Judgment was given for plaintiff for„ the amount claimed. , —
