Dr. T. McKibbin is transferred from Dunedin to the head office, Wellington., as director of the division of Public hygiene. The present director, Dr. M. H. Watt, becomes deputy-director-general of • healthy : during the absence on leave of Dr. J. P. Frengley. *. Dr. J. H. Crawshaw, at present assistant medical officer of health, at Dunedin. replaces Dr. McKibbin. . * '
