CLEARING NORTHERN ROUTE t The express train ' from Rotorua to Auckland was delayed for 70 minutes yesterday owing to a shrinkage in the line near Mamaku and it did not arrive in the city until 6.21 p.m. C The AucklandRotorua ; Express arrived fai"^torua£ori. time. All the railways in North 'Auckland are again open for traffic, with: the exception of a few miles' 1 : between Kaikohe y and Okaihau. The Auckland || Express | v left Whangarei at the usual hour this morning with- about 40 passengers. The train for the North also left to * time and it ,is the first to go beyond Maromaku since list Saturday.
