The Kaiapoi was to sail last night for Portland, but her departure was postponed until 6 a.m. to-day. The Arahura is due from East Coast ports to-morrow afternoon. She will berth at the Queen's Wharf. The Kawatiri was loading a cargo of coal at Westport yesterday for Auckland. She is expected here about Tuesday.

The Kakapo is to sail at 10 am. to-day for New Plymouth and Greymouth to complete discharge of her cargo of guano from

WAIOTAHI AGAIN DELAYED.

The Waiotahi has been refloated at and -she is now barbound at that port. She was to have left there yesterday for Russell to take people out to see the Special Service Squadron.

WARSHIPS SAIL TO-DAY.

Tv,, c Service Prmadron is •to sail this afternoon in continuation of their < - 1.1; -tuts, at 3.20 p.m. The other light cruisers at 3.30 p.m., the R<v pu.*e at 3.40 p.m. and the _ Hood shortly after. H.M.A.S. Adelaide will remain at Auckland to bunker from the Karon which ie due.from Westport to-day. The Adelaide will join the remainder of the fleet later. THE PORT BOWEN. Messrs. Heather, Roberton, Ltd., have received (advice ithat the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Bowen has been- delayed loading on the coast and is now expected at Auckland on Tuesday for further loading. This will not be the vessel's # final port now. She is to leave here about ThuVsdaiy ' for Wellington to complete soad Vg, and she will .be despatched finally from there for London. THE CITY OF ADELAIDE. The Ellerman-Bucknail Line Reamer City of Adelaide has reported by wireless that she will arrive at Auckland from New York about Tuesday, but she is meeting with very stormy weather. The vessel's cargo is for discharge at Auckland, ib.eirtr/ ' 'WelKir itorv <Lyt elton./ Dunedin. P-iid Sydney. She will discharge at the Western Wharf. TURAKINA DUE WEDNESDAY. The New ,Zealarad Shipping Company's steamer Turakina en route from Liverpool to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, has reported by wireless that she expects to reach this port about Wednesday. The message also stated that the vr,g encountering e'ormy weather, which would make the arrival time uncertain. DORSET NOW DUE TUESDAY. Federal Line steamer Dorset, which reported that she would arrive at Auckland en Morality, has further reported that she Is experiencing stormy weather, and will pot reach he until Tuesday. The vessel Is en route from Liverpool, with 289 third-chii-.s passengers for New Zealand, and cargo Tor discharge a'- Auckland. Wellington, Lyttehon and Danedin. The New Zealqnd snipping Company announces that, owing to the fire which occurred on board the vessel when she was in England, a general average of 10 per cent, has been struck on |il cargo loaded at Glasgow prior to the uie. Cargo damaged by fire or water was uncharged at Glasgow, and after lecoujjltioning, will come forward by the TufaKina and other steamers. The Liverpool cargo was loaded subsequently, and is not Subject to average.

WAIHORA FOR NEWCASTLE. _ TB* W&ihora, which is discharging phosphates at the Central Wharf, is to sail next week for Newcastle.

WAIRUNA calling for BUNKERS. The trans-Paciflo steam Wairuna, en route from San Francisco to Wellington, has Been delayed oy the stormy weather. She 1* • put into Auckland to-morrow to replenish hor bunkers.

CANOPUS DUE TO-DAY. The Westport Coal Company's steamer oanopus id due at Auckland to-day with a cargo of coal from Westport. She will discharge at the King's Wharf.

CARGO FROM MELBOURNE. The Kauri sailed from Melbourne at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday with general cargo and produce for Auckland, where ehe la due about Thursday.

KAMONA LOADS AT NEWCASTLE. The Kamona has been fixed to load a cargo of coal at Newcastle on Wednesday for Auckland. THE TREWYN. The Trewyn, which is discharging a cargo of coal at the King's Wharf,- will afterwards proceed to Nauru Island to load a cargo of phosphates for Auckland. NIAGARA'S SMART TRIP. The Royal Mail steamer Niagara, which sailed from Auokland for Vancouver at 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday, arrived at Suva a% 11.30 a.m. yesterday, covering the distonice in the smart time of two days 23 hours. CARGO FROM SOUTH. The Wingatui, en route from Southern ports, is expected to leave Lyttelton to-day for Auckland, via way ports. The Kaitangata is expected to leave Lyttelton on Monday for Auckland direct. She is due her© about Thursday. THE OTAKL The {New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Otaki was due at Wellington yesterday from southern ports to complete loading. She will leave Wellington on Monday for London, via Montevideo and OMANA'S DEPARTURE POSTPONED, The Omana left Auckland yesterday for Arkle's Bay,. but owing to the stormy weather outside she had to put back to port from the Gulf. Her departure has been postponed until 1 p.m. to-day. THE APANUI AND DAPHNE. The Northern Company advises that the Apanui 1 is !to sail at noon to-dky for Awanui, and the Daphne at the same time for Houhora. Wdather permitting, both vessels will call at Russell to-morrow to take, passengers out to see the Special Service Squadron. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE.
