DEPARTURE FROM LONDON.

King Ferdinand of Rumania left for Bucharest this morning from Victoria Station. He was accorded a farewell by King George, the Prince of Wales, the Duke of York, Prince Henry,, and the Duke of Connaught. Queen Marie of Rumania, is remaining in England for another fortnight. •
