The Countess of Leven and Melville has given birth to Twin .sons. . 'iT's has raised the question of the succession to the Earldom.

The newspapers recall the fact that the present Earl of Durham . succeeded to the title by virtue of his birth preceding that of his twin brother ' by 30 minutes.
