THE TITIRANGI CHURCH.

OPENING TO-MORROW. The .Titirangi Soldiers' Memorial Church, which is situated in Park Road, Titirangi, near the School Road, will be formally opened at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow by the Governor-General. Buses are announced to leave the city between 1 and 1.30 p.m. . The Waitemata County Council decided yesterday to regulate the vehicular traffic on Park Road to-morrow afternoon. Only inward traffic will be permitted between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and only outward traffic from 3.15 to 5 p.m.
