REVOLT IN TURKESTAN. NERVOUSNESS IN MOSCOW. Sun. ' MOSCOW, May 12. There is increasing nervousness' in Moscow regarding the rebellion in Turkestan. General Syjtjev has formed a Government, and is summoning the ; Turkestan National Assembly. Many experienced Tsarist officers are serving under General Sytjev, and his troops are well equipped with artillery. Disorganised railway communication hinders Moscow from sending adequate reinforcements to crush the rebellion.
