The Court has concluded the trial of 16 industrialists who. were charged with economic espionage, corruption,. and unfair practices. Two were sentenced to death, and a number of others to long terms of imprisonment. All the accused were connected with the textile trust. The prosecutor described the proceedings as an effort to prevent private capital conquering, the wholesale trade. f The Provincial Court at Ekaterinoslav sentenced to death four ex-officers of the armies ■ commanded by Generals Denikin and Wrangel. It is alleged they ' were connected with - anti-revolutionary associations abroad, and killed many Soviet officials. ,
