The other guests included the Princess Helena Victoria, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the American Ambassador and Mrs. Kellogg, and Viscount and Viscountess Cow dray, Mr. Mac Donald returns to London today to hold an important Cabinet meeting to put the finishing touches to the Budget, and especially to decide the fate of the McKcnna duties which have been the subject of conflicting announcements.
