FROM PARIS TO JAPAN.
FRENCHMAN IN FLIGHT. A. and N.Z. PABIS. April 26. The French airman, Lieutenant Pellitier Doisy, who left yesterday on an attempt to fly from Paris to Japan, accomplished the second stage of the journey, from Bucharest to Aleppo, Syria, in eight hours. His average speed was 120 miles an hour. The airman crossed the Taurus Mountains at an altitude of over 10,000 feet.
