Parkin (128« c) and the veteran Dwyer (3aec), put up fine performances in the underhand ISinoh chop, which was won by another veteran, Gregory who had a most successful day. Costello, ' who won the doublebanded ISinch (2 cuts) saw competition in 20sec, was prominent throughout the meeting. Pratt (lflsec). who won the final in the large, event, also accounted for the district championship.
