OFFENOE AT HAMILTON. [BT TKLEGItAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] HAMILTON". Wednesday. A charge of wilful indecent (exposure was brought against William Arthur McMillan, aged 38, at the Police Court today. Evidence was given that as several waitresses from the Frankton railway tea rooms were proceeding to the hostel in Hall Street on Friday night, accused committed the act complained of. McMillan was arrested the next day, and identified by several of the girls concerned. ■ > Sergeant Edwards stated that the man was a pervert, and had only been released from prison a week ago. He had been serving a sentence on a similar charge. Prisoner was ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for a period not exceeding three years.
