SOVIET AND BRITAIN.
MR. MACDONALD'S SPEECH. A. and N.Z. MOSCOW, April 18. Disappointment is expressed at the speech of the British Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, at the Anglo-Russian conference. The Investia says that under the cloak of a Sunday sermon appear the hard demands of the British bankers, the acceptance of which would change the Soviet's whole Socialistic system.
