THE PRINCE OF WALES
CONTINENTAL HOLIDAY. SOUTH AFRICAN TOUR. (Received 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.—Renter. , PARIS. April 18. The Prince of Wales left this evening for Le Toqtiet, -where he plans to spend Easter. The Prince frequented Montmartre in the past, few days, and became an instant favourite with the habitues, as well as being popular throughout Paris. One afternoon a newspaper commented that Edward VET. had made the Entente Cordiale, and that his grandson had done more in tho past five days to patch it up than all the inter-Allied conferences. A message from London states that it is improbable that the Prince will tour South Africa until next year owing to climatic and other reason;?. Also, it is improbable that he will accept the invitation to visit Kenya.
