CONFERENCE OR COMMISSION. FRESH AMERICAN PLAN. A. Mid N.Z. WASHINGTON. April 12. Senator King introduced in the Senate a resolution to empower the President, Mr. Calvin Coolidge, to appoint a commission to co-operate with the League of Nations Commission in drafting a plan for land, naval and air disarmament.
