ELECTION FIXED FOE JUNE.

I PRINCE POSTPONES VISIT. (Received 11.5 p.m.) Reuter. CAPETOWN. April 7. The genera! election following the dissolution of the Union Parliament will be held in June. As a consequence the Government has requested tbo Prince of Wales to defer his visit to South Africa. All the arrangements in that connection have accordingly been suspended. A message from London states that the Prince's tour is only likely to be postponed for two months, till the elections are over.
