USE OF WHITE LEAD.
PROPOSAL TO RESTRICT. Renter. LONDON, April 6. The Home Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, is introducing a bill into the House of Commons to give effect to the Geneva Labour. Conference decision restricting ths use of white lead in paint.
