NORTH POLAR FLIGHTS.
A RUSSIAN COMPETITOR. A. and N.Z. LONDON. April 4. The Moscow correspondent of the Daily Express states that the explorer, Nansen, has agreed to accompany Rossinsky, a leading Russian aviator, in a flight to the North Pole. They propose to start in July, and will use a machine specially designed to suit Arctic conditions.
