PIGEON RACING.

ONEHUNGA CLUB.

Th» Onehunea. Pi coon Club held another race in the young bird series from Taumarnnui on Saturday, an airline, distance of 137 mile*. Delight, 563 yds, 3; Prentice's too Sky Wave, 509 yds, 4; Harland'e bßc Deluge, 504 yds, 5. Owing to the heavy rains very few birds homed on the day.

AUCKLAND CLUB. The Auckland Racing Pigeon Club held a race from Taurnarunui on Saturday. lne birds, were liberated by the stationmaater. in very heavy weather. Th 9 birds were all in excellent condition, and this stood thaw in good stead, 'as the going was very hard all the way. ELLERSLIE CLUB. The Ellerslie Pigeon Club flew a race, from Taurnarunui in pouring rain, and after flying five hours the winner was D. Wallace's b b h Prize Pearl, with a fast velocity for the day of 804 yards per minute. The - following are the results: D. Wallace's b b h Prize Pearl. 804 yds per minute. 1; G.
