ADDRESSES BY MB. ROWLEY. An opportunity is to be presented to those interested in the important question of apprentices to obtain first-hand information in regard to the new Apprentices Act. The secretary of labour, Mr. F. W. Rowley, will address meetings on the subject at the Hall of Commerce, Swanson Street, at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. The question of the occupations of vcunj} persons leaving school will also be referred to. Mr. Rowley has been a keen student of these important questions, and his address should be Of great interest to employers, parents, teachers, and apprentices.
