RUSSIA AND JAPAN.
THE FISHERIES DISPUTE.
REPORTED AGREEMENT.
(Received "5.5 p.m.) Renter. TOKIO. Mar. 19. It, is reported from Vladivostok that Japan and Russia have reached an agreement in regard to the fisheries dispute, and that in other matters where differences exist they are being gradually straightened out.
