COKE WORKERS' DISPUTE.

ARBITRATION proposed. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. Mar. 17. At a conference of representatives of parties to the coke workers' dispute it was decided to submit to their organisations a proposal that the Industrial Commissioner appoint an arbitrator to settle the dispute, both parties agreeing to abide by his decision.
