Bishop Sedgcwick, of Waiapu, is expected to arrive in Rotorua next month for the purpose of ordaining Mr. Skey at a service to be held on February 17. Mr. Skey has been appointed by the bishop to take charge of Mjimaku and the surrounding districts. '* '

Archdeacon and Mrs. F. W. Chatterton, of Rotorua, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. ' Laurenson, - their son-in-law and daughter respectively, have left Rotorua by motor-car en route to Nelson, where the Archdeacon intends to spend his annual holiday extending to a fortnight. It is intended to motor to Wellington and tak«i the car across by boat. During Archdeacon Chatterton's absence, Archdeacon Simpkin, of Napier, will act as his locum tenens.
