192,000 DEAD AND MESSING. (Received 11.30 p.m.) --■; Sun. TOKIO. Jan. 6. The Home Office issues official figures of the losses by the earthquake and fire. The total of dead and missing is 192,000, and of injured 102,000. Houses destroyed numbered 580,000, and partially destroyed, 126,000.
