ADMIRER OF GERMANY.
LORD HALDANE'S AVOWAL.
HIS FEELINGS UNALTERED. Sun. LONDON. Dec. 14. The Daily Mail says that Viscount Haldane proudly announces that he is still an avowed pro-German. Interviewed by the Vorwaerts, he said; " The Germans are a great, tenacious, industrious, indestructible people. I believe. I know them well. In England I pass rightly as a pro-German. My feelings for the German people remain unaltered; I never concealed them." >
