FESTIVALS ABOLISHED. CHRISTMAS AND EASTER. Su-n. * LONDON. Dec. 7. The Daily Mail's Riga correspondent reports that the Soviet has abolished Christmas and Easter holidays, even for schools, instituting" three days' holiday in' February to commemorate the overthrow of Czardom.
