WITHDRAWAL PROBABLE.
A. and N.Z. PARIS. Nov. 29. The Madrid correspondent of the Matin learns on reliable authority that one of the subjects discussed by the Kings of Spain and Italy was the creation of a Latin bloc. He adds that the result of this policy may well be the withdrawal of Spain, Italy, and certain South American republics .'rom the League of Nations.
KING ALFONSO'S TOUR.

and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) ROME, Nov. 29. The King and Queen of Spain have sailed for home. King Alfonso sent a message to the Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, inviting him to visit Madrid. In a glowing message of farewell to the Italian people, Kin,£ Alfonso states that he is convinced the events of the past few days will echo to the furthest confines of the Latin world, and produce definite results in the near future to the advantage of Italy and Spain.
