LIQUOR IN MUSIC HALLS.

PERMIT REFUSED IN LONDON. Sun. LONDON. Nov. 25. A full meeting of the London County Council rejected tho proposal of a committee that liquor might be sold in bars but not in the auditorium in a number of music halls. The council decided, by 44 votes to 33, that no liquor be sold or consumed on the premises.
