BOY SCOUTS OFFER HOPE. INTERNATIONAL JAMBOREE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Nov. 25. At the CommislHone^B , dinner to the Boy Scouts' Association, Sir Alfred Pickford referring to his recent tour of Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of the Empire, said everywhere he found splendid results accruing from the great movement. Major-General Sir R. S. S. BadenPowell, who presided, said he thought an international jamboree would do much to secure an international brotherhood, for which the world was dying.
