THE WAIHOU CLUB. [BY. TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AROHA. Monday. The annual meeting of the Waihou* District Polo Club was held at Te Arolia, on Saturday evening. Mr. R. Burke presided. The- balance-sheet showed a credit of £18, as against £26 the previous year. The Hamilton Club issued a challenge to the Waihou Club (the holders) to play for the Cameron Cup at Te Aroha, on December 1. As it would bo impossible for Waihou to get its ponies and tho ground ready by that date it was decided to advise tbfe challengers that if they do not agree to allow further time to prepare, the cup would be handed to them. , The club's opening day was fixed for December 5. on the Te Aroha Grounds.
