NEW WELLINGTON BY-LAW.
[by telegraph.— corbespoxdent.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Friends of s otor-cyclists, who contemplate making the most of the summer months by touring, -• r simply pillion joyriding, are warned that on and after the end of this month they will have to postpone mounting to the pillion seat until they are beyond the limits of the city of i Wellington. Otherwise they will comI mit a breach of a new by-law and be (liable to prosecution.
