The search for the fishing launch Huana and its two occupants, Messrs. Ernest ; .; Bloom£eld and W. Dale, remains fruitless. '■■<;■ A party left Auckland yesterday in a : launch to search the Little Barrier Is- - land, but returned in the evening - with ' the news that no trace of the inissiß)? men could be found. The search party •; comprised Messrs.. G. Cook, J. Payne and Captain J. Lang. They made a complete circuit of the Little Barrier, and landed '■:■■■ and interviewed the caretaker, who/how* , ever, could give them no assistance.
