YOUNG WOMAN DROWNED.
BODY FOUND IN RIVER. MISSING FOR THREE DAYS. * • [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CMTiIESPONDZNr 1 TAUMARUNUT. Tuesday. A young woman named Marae Glasgow, employed in a local grocery establishment, was missed on Saturday night, and a search was made for her. While searching along the Ongarue River bank to-day, the police found the young woman's body in the river, above the bridge. „ . The deceased, it is stated, I*ft the grocery shop at 9 o'clock on Saturday evening, and went to her room at the house where she was boarding. There she changed into old clothing, and left envelopes containing money for various business people in town. ' She was not oeen again afterwards. Her parents reside at Pokako.
