SIMPLIFICATION CONVENTION
31 STATES SUBSCRIBE. Reuter. GENEVA, Nov. 4. The International Customs Conference completed its labours with the adoption, by 31 out of tho 35 countries represented,' of -an international convention for the simplification of customs formalities. Australia, Denmark, , and Rumania abstained from voting.
