CATERING AT EXHIBITION.
AUSTRALIAN STIPULATION Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 4.5 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 3, The Australian and New Zealand Press Association understands that Senator Wilson has agreed with the Empire Exhibition Board that the Lyons Company shall undertake the catering in the Australian pavilion with the stipulation that only Australian foodstuffs and wines will be served in the restaurant, except articles pitch as tea, coffee, and fresh vegetables, which Australia cannot supply. Every precaution will he taken to safeguard the quality of food supplied. Nothing will be served which has not been approved by (lie Australian representative. Australia will receive a percentage of the gross takings in the restaurant. Mr. Wilson considers that the arrangement is the. most satisfactory that could be made, as a firm like, Lyons will make every endeavour to retain its high reputation.
