The directors propoio to transfer 170,000 to tho Reserve fund, making it £ 1,620,000 £35,000 to the officers' guarantee and provident fund: £59.498 to the purchase and cancellation of deferred inscribed stock: £40,600 to pay a bonus of 10 per c*ent. to the staff; and to pay & dividend for the year of 12J per cent., free of English income tar (aa against 10 per cent .last year), leaving a balance of £112,599 to b'j carried forward.
