BUILDING IN WELLINGTON. What is said to be the largest and best-equipped fruit and • produce mart in New Zealand is at * present in ' course of construction in Wellington. The new building, which is estimated to cost, iwith extras, .'£355,000, has a frontage of lOOfi. and a depth of lt6ft., and runs right through .from Allen Street to - Blair Street. It consists of three storeys with a basement. . A feature of the new mart is the provision which has been made for the rapid discharge 'of goods, no fev;er than 10 cartdocks being included.
