EDENDALE PRESBYTERIANS. . • :• • * .. ~ .... .. .; 1 Special services in commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the Sunday School were held yesterday at the Edendale Presbyterian Church. Large attendances were present at all services, extra seating accommodation having to be provided in the afternoon and , evening. The morning service was conducted by the Rev. 1 H. Johnson, of the Mount Eden Congregational Church. The children were feddressed in the afternoon by the Rev. G. H. Gibb, of Knox Church, Parnell. The pastor of the church, the Rev. J. D. McKenzie, officiated in the evening. Special music was rendered by an augmented children's choir unde». the conductorship of Mr. Ernest Otto. DEYONPORT METHODISTS. The 47th anniversary of the Devonport Methodist Sunday School was celebrated j yesterday at special services. The preacher in the morning was the Rev. Percy Knight,-,the afternoon service being taken by the Rev. C. H. Olds, and the evening service by the Rev. J. E. Parsons. Special singing by the children of the [ Sunday School was a feature of all services. The conductor was Mr. R. H. Dellow and Mr. L. Elliot presided at the organ, ■■
