THE HAMILTON CLUB. [BX XZLEOEAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENr J HAMILTON. Friday. The 20th annual meeting of the Hamilton Rowing- Club was held last night. Mr. C. H. Holloway presided over a.large attendance. The treasurer reported that £181 5s 6d had been given to the club as donations, which had been won by the club's crews at regattas. Assets exceeded liabilities by £827. 'The membership stood at 23, which was considered to T>9 far too small. The club's, plant consists of one racing four, two singles, two convertible double scullers, two. clinker racing fours, one clinker single, and two practice fours. ; . . The election of officers resulted as follows : _Patron, Mr. H. H. Howdcn; president, Mr. C. H. Eci!oway; captain, Mr. B. Sandos; vice-captain, Mr. N. Hamilton; treasurer, Mr, H. Bradley; auditor, Mr. F. W. Luxford; secretary,■ ■ Mr. W. Brvdo'n; committee, Messrs. 0. Molesworth, I. W.» St: Clair, G. G. Webb, G.. Buchanan, W. Bayly, and G. Morris. i Eighteen vice-presidents were also elected. Opening day was fixed for November 17. Mr. E. Stout was elected a life member in recognition of his services to the club as treasurer.'
