He attributed hu failure to the unsatisfactory result of a partnership ho entered into, with a woman, to lack of capital, and to his having to give up a milk-run in Remuera. It -was his in' tention to obtain work in the country and try to pay "what he owed. He declined an offer by the" official assignee, Mr. W. S.
