" 'There was a large attendance at the Hamilton Lake Reserve to-day, when' a ■ programme of competitions and sports was submitted by a large number of Boy , Scouts from Auckland ,and : all parts of South Auckland. The Matamata Boy Scouts' Brass Band rendered a musical . programme., One interesting pari of . the < .'-. ■ day's display ' was the combined circularfl rally. On ■ the command being given, the' patrols moved i off, forming a large; circle. > - The ' movement i was performed ;at tha ' double, each"patrol rushing in, cheering and giving their patrol cries.
