ISSUE OF 500,000 SHARES.
PROPOSAL BY DIRECTORS.
- A proposal to increase the capital of the Auckland Gas Company to £1,500,000, by. the issue of: 500,000 additional ordinary shares of £1; each, will bo submitted to a special meeting of shareholders :on October 15.
-Half of the proposed new issue will be offered to[; shareholders >■; in proportion to present holdings. -This offer will be open until November 1 to all shareholders in : <' New; Zealand, and until March 1v to those residing outside the Dominion. . ■
