' At the international athletic ' meeting, E. W. Carr, of Australia, won the 100 yds event in 10s. Lirika, of Bohemia, was second, Schulz, of Germany, third. Carr a'so won the 200 metres in, 22 2-ss. Jfoff, a Norwegian, . being second, and Linka, third. The Australian will run in Vienna, Buda Pest, and in Germany and Holland before going 'to London.
