DECLINE IN SIX MONTHS. £38,000,000 BELOW LAST YEAR. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Sept. 30. The total revenue of the United King* dom for the first half of the financial year ended August 30, was £365,000,000, a decrease of £38,000,000 compared with the corresponding period of 1922.
