GREEKS BLAME ALBANIANS.
{PROTEST AGAINST PENALTY.

Association. - (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) " ATHENS, Sept. 30., The Greek reply, to thei Ambassadors' Conference asserts there 'is general conviction that the murder of General Tellini and other members of the Italian mission at Janina was committed by Albanian assassins, whom it is impossible to. apprehend, in view of the proximity of Albanian '-territory. The reply complains that the penalty is excessive, and urges the conference to submit it for decision to the International'Courf> of Justice at the Hague.
