MR. R. P. GREVILLE. g .Mr. R.P. Mr. Greville, who was 60 years of age . was a native of * Invercargill. A portioi of his , early life was ' spent at . Invercar gill, and in Westland, and' he' complete V hi» education, at Wellington College. Hi •/ joined the Lands r and Survey staff at th<■ 'j'-' age of 17, . and : in the course of his 4' years' service he gained a wide know V r V ledge of : all matters affecting the ad--ministration of that department. , Fo-V <' some ten years he / was engaged iipofiSl?§ pioneer survey work in the Forty-Mil? ji;, district. He underwent| an operation last week, but complications <j jv occurred and his death took place at three o'clock yesterday morning. .He 'is survived by a widow and five sons and four |||.* daughters. The funeral will take place at Purewa this morning.
