'Now 6000 of the strikers have gone back to their jobs, and are negotiating with Mr. Lewis, president ; of the United iMineworkers of America, for the purpose of renewing their affiliation.r; V ';•;';• \ , The second strike was that which ; oc-; curred last week on 'the; New York and; New Jersey wharves, at : the | ! instigation of the 1;. W., and "seriously interfered with all shipping. ' On ; Saturday the strnke was dealt a heavy blow, when an enraged crowd raided the I.W.W. headquarters in Hoboken, and lore ' down : the red flag which floated over the i building. •"
