Toward the end of June an Australian liner loaded at Capetown 18,000 gallons of wine for various New Zealand dejitina* tions. Statistical returns show that New Zealand is an improving customer for the produce of the vineyards of the Cape Peninsula. ■• . Mauritius is the only better affd more continuous customer, which market is consistently good, and deals with wholesale quantities. It is interesting to note that. the shipment of Cape wine to New Zealand by the Diogenes, the liner referred to, is one of the largest ever to leave Table Bay for the Dominion.: ; ;. ,
